The exhibition is integrated by 64 works that invite the attendants to make a tour of immersion in the monstrous. It brings together works of painting, sculpture, graphic arts, photo, and video, which challenge the stereotypes of beautiful, true, and fair.
Among the pieces that the public may see are: Lamisil Cream Product and Little Baby’s Ice Cream, the sculptures: Cobra/Goat, by Leonora Carrington, and the anonymous work: Modelled Skin; the paintings: Yearning and Penitence, by German Venegas, and Tribute to Cuauhtémoc, by David Alfaro Siqueiros. Besides photos by Henri Cartier Bresson: Bull’s Entrails after Dinner, and Four of the Angel of the Earthquake, by Manuel Álvarez Bravo.
