REVIEW

Baja California has bet for human development through the arts, this time with the formation of Community Orchestras The Auka Community Group System was born on July 1, 2017,   due to the growth of State Musical Groups and   the need for connectivity between them,   in which there was a meeting of Orchestras and Choirs in Movement of Mexicali, Tijuana, Ensenada, as well as in Rosarito and Tecate ensembles, ending with a tour in Mexicali, Ensenada and Tijuana. The creation of this System of orchestras allows the formation of new talents and the socio-cultural inclusion of children and young people from low and medium resources of the State of   Baja California, giving them the opportunity to use their time in new learning avoiding leisure, violence, drug addiction and school dropout, thus reflecting in the good path, truth, and beauty. In addition to learning music, they develop "high values such as discipline, the pursuit of excellence and teamwork”. Nowadays, the Orchestras have two rehearsal halls with a capacity of 150 people, 9 rooms for sectional or theoretical classes and a Concert Hall for 475 people.
