The Museum of Archaeology of the West is a space that serves to show the richness of vestiges discovered in the state of Jalisco. The former building that in the 18th century housed to the convent of the Augustinian peaceful nuns of Santa Monica, and last century occupied by the XV Military Zone of Guadalajara, is an emblematic monument that protects almost three centuries of history and tells the archaeological richness of the West of Mexico.
