REVIEW

The construction of the building began on August 1, 1957 and it was a project of the architect Julio de la Peña in which the government of the state invested seven million pesos.
The façade is coated with golden quarry stands out and the two murals, one by Gabriel Flores, in the library and other by Jose Servin, in a wall of the house of culture.
In the library central patio stands out a sculpture by Jose Maria Vigil who was one of the promoters in the foundation of this bibliographic precinct.
