Expressly built to house the biggest mural in the world The March of the Humanity (2400 sq. meters), piece in which David Alfaro Siqueiros, last representative of Mexican muralism of the 20th century, applied the theory of multiple angles.

The work that covers the walls of the precinct was made with innovative techniques and materials, like sculpture and painting, the use of acrylic and pyroxylin on frames of fiber cement and iron structures.

The outside displays one panel for each of the 12 works that altogether form 6300 sq. meters of murals. Inside the Polyforum, at the Siqueiriana vault, with a revolving platform for a thousand spectators, you can enjoy a light and music show with the voice of Siqueiros himself. As the platform goes round, the author explains The March of the Humanity.

The facility includes a theater con a round stage for 500 spectators; Dr. Atl. Gallery, currently a site museum to display photographs, models and bibliographic information of Mr. Manuel Suárez and the painter David Alfaro Siqueiros; the Mario Orozco Rivera Gallery is the place to display temporary painting, sculpture and photo exhibitions.
