REVIEW

This museum is part of the facilities of the Cultural Center of the city. It was expressly built for such purpose and inaugurated on December 1, 1980 in order to preserve and spread the archaeological heritage of the pre Columbian peoples that inhabited the territory of Colima. It has 11 permanent halls called Meso-America and the Western, Colima (chronological sequence), Lithic, Physical Type, Fauna and Flora, Work and Technology, Clothing and War, Architecture, Religion, Music and Art.
