The exhibition gathers a series of photographic records that give account of the geopolitical context of tension and rupture in the border strip of northwestern Mexico, specifically in the city of Tijuana.

Romero's work is an attempt to reconfigure visual poetics, as well as to record everyday situations to transmute them into visual testimonies caused by the consumer society and its new forms of social representation.

Moreno has individually and collectively exhibited in Mexico, USA, Canada and China, he has won the 1st place in the International Photography and Illustration Contest of Latin America (2013); and in the International Photographic Image Festival Contest of the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo (2011).
