Presence of the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH) at the 40th Palace of Mines International Book Fair.

Traders’ Stories offers an approach to the daily life of commercial entrepreneurs of the 19th century and the first two decades of the 20th century, through the biographies of merchants and their family, national or ethnic with parteners and dependents; the history of small businesses; work relationships and clientelist networks; inventories and financing methods;

distribution; propaganda and commercial correspondence, and the physical characteristics of stores, as well as bankruptcies, litigation and frauds, among other topics.
