In this workshop, you will learn about the care of diet and the importance of not falling into a sedentary lifestyle in order to gain an optimal level of health. Know why it is recommended the substitution or reduction of dairy products, meat, fats and sugars. We’ll also talk about physical, emotional and organic changes, giving options for exercise depending on the motor and mental abilities.
