Mexico 19th Century

The collection gives an account of one of the most important episodes of Latin American Art, which has been enriched by the repatriations of constantly carried out work. Artificers of the portrait and the privacy of the cupboards. Veracity with which they witnessed the greatness of the countryside, valleys, mountains and mountain ranges. Spaces inhabited by customs and popular characters in markets, plazas, pulque shops, haciendas, farms. Painters such as Hermenegildo Bustos and José Agustín Arrieta emerged, who produced an enduring image of the Mexican, original and authentic.
