Singing Children of Tepotzotlán

An event organized in the context of the 73rd anniversary of the Castle of Chapultepec National Museum of History.

Created on 1999, under the initiative of the Association of Friends of the National Museum of Viceroyalty, with the objective of keeping with the musical tradition that the Jesuit priests of the Viceroyalty started.

To date, the Singing Children of Tepotzotlán have performed in numerous concerts in the most important auditoriums of Mexico City, the State of Mexico, and different states of Mexico, as well as in Havana, Cuba.

The repertory encompasses Baroque music of the New Spain and Europe, and up to folk music from different countries, going across the traditional Mexican music.
