Indigenous Echoes

The Voice of Diversity

Indigenous echoes. The Voice of Diversity is a project of the National Commission for the Development of the Indigenous Peoples, which aims to promote, through the internet, Mexico’s cultural diversity.

It brings together the labor of the 20 stations that make up the System of Indigenous Cultural Radio Stations. These stations transmit in Amplitude Modulation (AM), and are located in the most important indigenous regions of Mexico. Each one of them broadcasts in the language spoken by the majority in their covered areas and, also, recover the cultural, musical, and artistic expressions of the indigenous populations of their regions.

Click on the link below and listen to the stations that make up the System.
