The visitor can always find something amazing in the different rooms. An impressive piece of a mammoth tusk in the Geologic room. Hawks, herons, squirrels, golden eagles will fascinate both children and teenagers in the Physical Environment II room. A series of ten colonial paintings on the Virgin Mary, by maestro Miguel Cabrera, will cause admiration in the high floor lobby. In the Archeological room there is a Spanish mesh doublet from the sixteenth century, unique sample in the country. The Colonial room presents a large model of the cathedral of Durango. The table in which Benito Juárez signed the official papers in his way to Durango is part of the section The Reform laws.
