This property is in Purísima Plaza. Universal accessibility was sought in its design, so through ramps and an elevator is facilitated the entrance of people with reduced mobility.

It was designed by the architect Salvador Zermeño Méndez of Guanajuato; the theater has a contemporary silhouette, with an exterior dominated by white surfaces and simple geometric planes, the wide metal-cantilevered that is projected above the main access immediately catches the attention.

The exterior is completed with a couple of terraces on the sides, being the one on the north side the one that offers the most generous view, covering the esplanade of Purísima Plaza, and the dome of the Purísima Concepción parish.
