Theater of the City of Monterrey



REVIEW

A cultural space of the government of the state in charge of the State Council for Culture and Arts of Nuevo Leon, designed by the architect Oscar Bulnes. It was inaugurated on December 7, 1984 by the President Miguel de la Madrid Hurtado and the governor Alfonso Martinez Dominguez with the presentation of Carmina Burana.

This precinct, of great importance in the center of Monterrey, offers theater, opera, music, dance, children’s show, cinema, lectures, festivals, book presentations and it even has been used for governance reports.
