The fundamental moments in the history of Mexico, General Manuel González, elected for the period from 1880 to 1884 and Mr. Emilio Portes Gil, temporarily after the death of President-elect Álvaro Obregón, he held the post for 14 months, between 1928 and 1929; both contributed with significant issues for the national history.

Gabriel González, descendant of General González will talk about the administration of the president, son of Matamoros, who was distinguished in the movement of Tuxtepec that would lead to Porfirio Díaz the presidency of the Republic.
