Traditional Mexican Cuisines season presents Chef María Engracia Celis, Director of the Academy of Gastronomy and Postgraduate Studies at ESDAI, Mexico for 17 years. Professor in High-scale food production. Menu Planning. Mexican regional cuisine and bakery. She has participated in several radio and television shows such as Al Sabor del Chef and México Gourmet, in Canal 11.

In collaboration with Culinary Art School.
